6.3 Registration is subject to the payment of the £2 annual resident’s fee which is the usual membership fee residents pay annually. Without registration only certain parts of the website will be accessible.

12.1 You may place adverts for items to sell, wanted items, or items to donate on the ‘Classified ads’ section of the website – subject to moderation approval by the SARA committee.
12.2 You may place adverts for businesses (such as ‘gardening services, cleaning’ playgroups etc.) on the Classified ads section of the website subject to moderation approval by the SARA committee.
12.2 Approved items will be listed on the website for 30 calendar days, as per the SARA policy. If you wish to extend this you must contact the sara committee at sara1@slade-tonbridge.
12.4 Approved business/tradesmen services adverts will remain visible for 180 calendar days, as per the SARA noticeboard policy. If you wish to extend this you must contact the sara committee at sara1@slade-tonbridge.

13.1 These Terms are governed by English law. The English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms.
